Sort of spicy gingerbread, sometimes with sugar crust. This one was chocolate covered hearts with jam in the middle.

Probably not the best thing for cholesterol. I am having frozen raspberries in porridge for breakfast, but I expect that does not cancel out the chocolate lebkuchen.........

Christmas for me doesn't start until Christmas eve, its not a favourite time of year for me,
I agree its far too early for Christmas ads
I usually go to my daughters, not sure this year, but I'm quite happy to stay at home, and watch TV
I am only going to buy for grandchildren there are too many to buy adults for too

I found what I think will be the perfect gift for my best friend at the weekend - despite knowing her well and loving her to bits, I struggle with gifts, so it's a massive relief to have her 'sorted'! The rest will be relatively easy after that - once I've got hubby sorted!

Are mince pies too boozy for children?
Headline this morning: how much booze to keep them quiet?

I'm feeling stressed already. I've made a rod for my own back as always being the go to person , the organiser, the one who went the extra mile. I don't want that to change of course but I'm different now after THAT op. The precious children in my life are getting older and technology has hit and I haven't got much of a clue . I see a comoutet game I thu k they like and see it's only compatible with certain devices and I'm not sure what they have. The rest of my family aren't as organised as me and when I ask who has got what, I get half a reply. I went to boots today to buy them a battery tooth brush and there were about 6 different ones , my decision making skills are zero.
Ah well, it will come and go as always but if my husband tells me to cheer up one more time ..............

Groundhog go on the website before you go, have a quick check on how people have rated the product then you know which one you are buying before you go. It saves all the hassle of deciding. I do it all the time.
