Thank you all!
I am still moving as much as usual, no more no less. Transfers come as natural to me as sitting/standing do to all you ABs (able bods). I don't usually even think about it. Once, when trying to assess me for a downstairs bathroom (I live in a house with stairlift) i was asked to record how many transfers I did daily. We were astounded to total 44! So, as you can guess Im pretty active.
I refuse to slow down or allow it to impact upon me if I can - I cant not transfer any more than an AB could remain standing in one spot all day

I attend a Spinal Injuries Unit twice yearly so may well contact the physio dept there for advice.
Re the Menopace as a possible cause, carm 01, is this a common side effect? If so what is it in the ingredients that does it? Should I perhaps switch to a good general multi-vit without the added isoflavone (which is why I started taking them eight days ago)
Thanks once more for all the tea, sympathy and esp the crumpets!
