Hi
I'm on my 4th week of femseven sequi patches and I'm feeling loads better.
I was having major problems with my legs feeling heavy and tired some days couldn't walk, night sweats, generally felt terrible fuzzy head you name it I had it. I've had bad  period problems all my life and had reactions in the past to marina coil and other prescribed medications from hospital gynocologist so had mixed feelings if hrt would work. I really couldn't go on the way I was feeling so asked my doc for hrt but had to fight as my doc dismissed my symptoms said it wasn't menopause after several visits she finally gave in said I could try hrt. Must say I'm feeling great the best I've felt for a long time walking normally again no fuzzy feeling feel totally normal again , just hope it continues  :) S xx

HI Shazi, Im starting my third week (progesterone) on femseven, had to cut it in half first day as was getting funny head feelings, today the patch came off as I was swimming so all afternoon Ive had no patch on, I will put something on later, but at the moment feel ok, I may either wean myself off hrt or ask if I can try micronized progesterone I have an appointment with gp Monday x

I'm surprised that I'm feeling ok on the progesterone stage thats when I normally get the reaction. Fingers crossed it continues I need to feel normal again I felt terrible for so long. Apparently they are not as good as others for sticking but I've never had any problems yet. Good luck  karenja with your gp on Monday hope you get something that works for you. S xx
