OH's Birthday, out lunch at posh hotel.

I've got an interview for a new job

We are back but a bit of a palaver, OH was told off 5 times by her ladyship  " You are over the speed limit" I said that if I had spoken to you like that you would have sulked for rest of the day

The daft thing was that he knew the way anyway, he said he wanted to see if the SATNAV still worked Men!

Secretly I didn't think the food was that special and some of the usual places we eat were much better, but it was enjoyable and as it was out in the wilds, the countryside was pretty through the misty rain.

The positive thing is that that the SATNAV was just as annoying and OH was satisfied that it still works even if it did say the battery was very low

As for Satnavs - I hate them - my husband likes to use one but I like maps. Problem sometimes trying to read them when driving though! If driving on a long journey by myself I write out the major routes and Junctions in Big black marker on sheet beside me and try to memorise most of it - or have a quick glance!

I did lots of housework - have been too busy since being back from hols up until now - two youngest sons are here, daughter and bf will be here in a minute, and eldest son coming too - we're all going out for a meal together, and they're all staying - so I'm happy that we will all be together as usually only happens once a year. That's more than one thing - hope that's allowed?!

DH opened the post late today - the skin thingies he had removed 10 days ago are benign.
Phew!!! 

And he has a job interview next Friday
