One positive thing that's happened today is....

Thought a positivity thread might be good - I'm sure we have had one before but can't find it. I'll start the ball rolling...

I discovered that someone had filled the biscuit tin at work with my favourite biscuits.

Good idea Taz. It's easy to get bogged down in the negative things.

It's my son's 25th today and I phoned him at work this morning and sang Happy Birthday to him  ;D

I would like to add my good news, my daughter had her baby on Easter Sunday - a boy, Sebastian 7lb 1oz he's absolutely gorgeous  :)

We had fresh crab for lunch caught yesterday and given to us by local (retired) farmer who lives in the village.

I've never seen a crop of fresh crabs in the fields locally  ;D

The lone male bullfinch who's been visiting the garden for the past couple of months has finally found a mate! This is good news as they mate for life and are never apart (apart from when nesting where they take it in turns to tend eggs and young) so a lone one is a sorry sight to see. Hopefully there will also be young ones to watch in a few weeks time

I bought a lovely rambling rose. It's a white flower with a yellow centre. It will look lovely when it grows.
