Why would anyone want to undermine what you post? Putting across another view or other information is not undermining you. If this works for you- great, but that doesn't mean it works for everyone .
Crinone appears to be the same as Utrogestan - natural progesterone- which is available on prescription only. Its role in infertility has been known for a long time.
The 2nd link is not saying anything new- some people will keep on about how progesterone can help bone density but there is no evidence to prove this yet- see the info from the National Osteoporosis Society here
http://www.nos.org.uk/document.doc?id=1357I don't know which 20:1 cream you are describing but personally I think it's very dangerous to use over the counter hormonal treatments containing both hormones without medical supervision- it's playing with fire. Presumably these are bought online?
My mindset is to have a 'natural' approach which is why I use bioidentical oestrogen and micronised progesterone- all made from plants.
I don't want to cause bad feeling but this is a topic about which there is debate- no need to take it personally just because other people have different opinions.
