Both girls look like their dad. Beautiful deep blue eyes and strawberry blond. He will have his work cut out for him!  ;D

Thanks for asking CLKD. Yes & no. Wee one had check up at local hospital a couple of weeks back. Her glucose levels are staying fairly steady at around 8. Daughter & her partner thought they might suggest stopping her meds. Apparently it would take 5 days to clear her system. However, hospital won't attempt it until the main specialists from Manchester have agreed. So they have to sit and wait for their reply. Very frustrating. But the fact her glucose levels are staying pretty constant bodes well for the future. They had been told she might well outgrow condition at around 3 months. She's gaining weight and doing everything she should at this stage in her development. Just a waiting game for now.

Oh daughter agrees, but were hoping it could be stopped. As you do. It makes babies very hairy. Little toot is needing a haircut already.  ;)

Latest update from endocrine team is that in the coming weeks they will stop her meds for 48 hours, then take her into hospital and fast her for 6 hours.  They say that it appears that DGD has outgrown the condition, which is the news we have been hoping for. DD will be on tenterhooks for the 48 hours or so, but knows it has to be done.  So fingers crossed.  :)

Not half, she's outgrowing 3-6 month stuff and she's not 4 months yet. DD having to buy stuff as her big sister was into winter stuff by that age.
