Last time I had peas from the pod I was just a small girl.
I remember pulling them out with my grandma.
Forgot about that. 😊

Was wanting to try Michael Mosley's 5-2 diet.
Very excited, I was!
I'm on the fasting day today and have had a piece of cheesecake and sandwich already
.
No carbs tonight though
Pork fillet with ginger and soy, red pepper mangetout, mushrooms 😋

pan-fried sea bass fillets with wasabi, lime and butter sauce. Served with rocket, avocado and tomato salad. With a large glass of rose, as the weather demands

Ooh love that Jill 😋..
It's pork chop, apple sauce, mash and veg for us tonight.
We just finished chomping down on home made scones, jam and cream with a lovely coffee (a lot cheaper than going out for it let me tell you 😲..)
The cockapoo had his own mini scone - he loves it with a dollop of cream - hope there are no vets on this forum - I'll be getting told off!

chicken, chickpea and chorizo stew with a big dollop of spinach, rocket and brazil nut 'pesto' on top. Loads of garlic but that should keep the lurgy at bay.

Sounds lovely. CapriCapri. I love garlic.
I cooked steak and mushrooms for OH before work.
Then…..chicken breast strips, cheese, sweetcorn, and mayo, with jalapeños for son. I added lettuce leaves much to his displeasure. 😂
All eaten up anyway. 🤷🏼♀️. 👍
