We are hovering between smoked trout/salad (DH) and fish fingers with mash (Me) but I am veering towards fish and chips

We got Thanksgiving dinner prepping...turkey is in the oven (bacon wrapped this year), stuffing, rutabaga casserole, green beans, Brussel sprouts with bacon and onion, salad, and homemade apple pie and store-bought pumpkin pie with spray whipped cream to dollop. Dh is walking the pup so I can rest for a bit before I open the wine....or....beer...or cider....

OMG I'm doing a roast dinner today.
Roast beef, roast potatoes (my own, not frozen ones), home grown runners, some manky looking carrots $:-\$ & gravy.... bugga no Yorkshire puds.

My brother and sister in law are coming round for something to eat tonight so have been preping pretty much all day 😳..

Mozzarella, beef tomato and basil for starter.
Ribs with my special sticky marinade, mac & cheese and French fries 😋.
Big brother's providing pud..

Himself had home made soup with sweet potatoes mixed in. Stuffed now. Ice cream later.
