What,the wheat free?
Hard to say really,I still get episodes but that could be the diverticulitis or like you,slow transit,which I looked up on the nhs site and it pretty much described what I have ☹️ But I've been veggie going on 26 years now 😊

My son doesn't eat what we eat half the time...he's a keep fit freak! 😂🤣

We had fish fngers chips and peas last night jillydoll both DH and I commented on how much we had enjoyed them I love fish finger sandwiches.
Tonight beef stew with carrots onions cauliflower broccoli and potatoes.

I'm doing sweet n sour pork for hubby & teenager, as I don't really like pork, I got myself a homemade quiche from our local deli. Now I fancy fish fingers but keep forgetting to buy some!!
