I did oven chips, left over gammon and red cabbage for my lot but couldn't eat a morsel as I feel sick.

I love salmon and we have it abôut once a fortnight. 

Tonight I'm just doing ham, egg and chips.

I saw Moussaka being made on TV last night - don't like aubergines but it looked yummy!  I think it was on the hairy Bikers

I'm a salmon lover, but hubby is not, so seldom bought.  He does, however love smoked salmon as do I.

Tonight I'm making a one pot casserole followed apple crumble.

Burger in a bun, chips & salad for us.... not healthy I know & I will probably regret it later.

Snap Cazikins! Burgers with a mushroom sauce, spicy wedges and salad. Certainly not too healthy, but whatever, you only die once!! x

Locally farmed lamb chops,roast potatoes,mashed swede and potatoes,cauliflower and mushy peas.

Pasta bake with meatballs in it, and lots of cheese tomato and cayenne pepper on the top.
