My version of Chili Con Carne tonight. One of my longstanding regulars but haven't made it for a few weeks. Was reminded of how much i like it when a colleague talked about it at our post work drinks yesterday. Probably served with a small jacket potato this time.

Don't know yet: out for supper tonight with my book club. Six lovely ladies, all excellent cooks: it's bound to be good!

I hope you realise how lucky you are CLKD, if my husband was rattling the pans, it would only be to hint that he needed sustenance!!  ;) x

If he didn't cook he wouldn't eat  ;D, so if he's cooking for himself then he can make extra for me ……… OR ELSE  :whist:

So it was stir fry mix of pasta with tomato, peas, salt, pepper and strips of stir fried beef - he had prawns.

Full now then?

I have had a strange situation for a few evenings: I would eat what I know is more than usual but didn't feel full at all  :-\ - in fact I ordered less on my plate the next night so that I didn't over-eat …….. same this evening, ate more than usual but no feeling of fullness ………  what's all that about then!

Just me tonight - not decided yet whether to make chicken and chorizo pasta or not bother and have poached eggs on toast!  Advantage of the pasta is it would do for lunch tomorrow too.  Decisions, decisions  ;D

Ooh if that were me Scampi, I'd go for the eggs and make the most of not having to cook and clean up as well!
