I also love soya sauce but i have thyroid issues, have heard soya interferes with thyroid functioning so I try to avoid it.

I've got some Heck sausages ... Really low fat but tasty. Probably do mash and peas and green beans from someone's allotment ..... I don't mean I'm pinching them BTW .
... I mean we give allotment holders as much of our horse poo as they want and we then get fresh veg, eggs, raspberries, wine etc. In exchange.

Ok there's a choice tonight.....
A good, saintly meal of pan fried salmon, lemon rice with a sauté of mange tout, sugar snap peas, asparagus tips and tender stem broccoli
or
A massive plate of homemade nachos with heaps of guacamole, refried beans, sour cream, jalapeno chillies in front of a Scandi box set?
I'm going to let my husband choose then I can blame him for me being a fat bird!
