We just had pork & black pudding sausages with mash & beans. Sausages were yuck!

Hubby had made beef and tomato stew last night for tonight and it was in a pot on the cooker, but with my meno brain i forgot all about it and never even saw it when i put a couple of slimming world meals in the oven

My hubby teaches violin on Tuesday evenings, so I make myself a "me" tea. Tonight, it was sausages (Hubby doesn't like sausages, for some reason I will never understand!), pots, veg and gherkins, all washed down with a lovely glass of Retsina.
