bread works much better if you remember to add the liquid
4 hours of waiting for nice crusty bread to open up to a volcano disaster

DH is chopping ginger/garlic/peppers to make a beef burger each
It was very filling and yummy - he used a home grown chilly though
…
Now I fancy something else
…….. does anyone else have fancies but can't find anything in the cupboard

That much baking these days I can usually find something nice CLKD
Tonight is spicy Cauli soup with help from 'Anthony Worrel Thompson' book. sounds good, here's hoping. Also doing a tray bake that has cherry pie filing in it, that sounds good too.

Only two of us tonight so I bought some rib eye steaks. I'll also do some Slimming world chips, peas, mushrooms and a fried egg (in frylite) and a side salad to go with them.

Chicken in a tomato and basil sauce with peppers and mushrooms with tagliatelle for DD and me and a kipper for hubby.
Well I'm having real chicken and daughter is having Quorn chicken....she is still being a veggie....wonder how long it will last
