Penne Bolognese with fried courgettes in pastella and garlicky spinach. Either mixed berries and a dollop of creme fraiche or a mini peanut Magnum!!

Lamb kebabs, Greek salad and either some flat bread or some sort of herby or lemon rice. Marinating the lamb as we speak!

Oooo I like that especially from the BBQ. What kind of marinade are you using Elizabethrose

Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and blk pepper. Will grill, not bbq though. What about you, what are you planning? x

Not got a clue.
There are a few things lurking in the fridge. Some pate and cold meats I think. Got loads of lettuce in the garden and American land cress which has gone mad.
It will either be that or egg and chips
.
Really not in the mood today.

Think you have enough on your plate (no pun intended) without adding to your work load. Egg and chips it is! x

Egg & chips sounds good to me. Quick & easy.

Avocado on toast for me today, DH is making a big pot of chilli but it's fiercely hot so I'm playing safe

Not too bad Sparkle, thanks for asking. I can feel I'm getting a bit stronger every day. Hubby and sons love hot chilli, curry etc. you could strip wallpaper with it
I'm sticking to nice, gentle things for now. Home made rice pudding for dessert

Lovely to hear you're doing so well Claireylou, hope you've still got your feet up! Love home made rice pudding, I very rarely cook it as no-one else is a fan here. Enjoy your supper, it always tastes more delicious when someone else has prepared it. xx

Actually found some smoked salmon in the freezer so it's going to be a bits and pieces dinner.
Stick it on a plate and help yourself.
DD is having her favourite lactose free pizza.
Sorted
Glad your still letting the family look after you Claireylou. I often have avocado on toast. I grill some slices of tomato and pop that on top.
