Bonjour Mesdames.
. D'aller au lit maintenant.
Bonne nuit.
Hello ladies. I hope you have had a good day. I had a relaxing morning
then went to a wine tasting (sauvignon blancs)
this afternoon with my friend. then found a birthday gift for another friend.
Visited my daughter on the way home. Ordered two bookes by Dr. David Hamilton and had a lazy evening.
All in all a relaxing day.
Heading to bed now.
Good night.
I had to look up a couple of bits for this.
I really like this thread. it is getting my brain back into French. I am enjoying reading when you have done. Thanks.

Bonjour les filles! (I just made us all younger
)
I went to live in France pendant 2 ans (for 2 years) en 2004. (I live in London now and unfortunately can only go to see my friends once or twice a year). Elles me manquent (I miss them - female friends) et j'ai besoin de pratiquer plus mon français. I need to practice my French.
Word that is useful is how to say (colloquially) that you're v tired. Je suis crevée. Roll the r for extra fatigue emphasis!

Good Evening Jane, Taz said to Trey in post 39, 'loser' which seemed to indicate that Taz did cheat and look up this word. (I think!)

Bonsoir Limpy - Je me suis senti mal de la tricherie au début, mais je crois vraiment qu'il aide à me rappeler le Français que j'ai oublié.
Good Evening Limpy - I felt bad about cheating at first, but I do think it helps to remind me of the French that I had forgotten.

Acutually... I meant "defeated". Trey put "defeated" at the end of her post and I translated it into French - vaincu can mean defeated or loser - hence the confusion!
