Fish, new potatoes and snap peas. Followed by a bar of chocolate.  :)

sausages (90% pork) in French stick with salad. Bought some American mustard to go on sausages.

Melon followed by pasta and home-made tomato and herb sauce with side salad followed by strawberries and ice cream. That's my 5 a day done. And a small glass of wine.

Do the pressed grapes in the wine count too?

We're having salad tonight.  Typical I decide to have a salad and the sun has done a vanishing act as usual!   ;D

Tonight Sausage, mash with Onion Gravy & homegrown runner beans, followed by cooked plums with ice cream (& perhaps home made biscuit!)
Shoppings arrived and feeling good today!

Went shopping with DD and grandson so went to KFC. Lucky OH was with us so no need to cook tonight. Will just have something on toast  ;)

Never seen mash come out the ground before!
Did you not grow your own chicken as well Margaret. Disappointed!
