Stormy  though not as bad as some parts - the tall almond and silver birch are almost touching the ground at times   

Yesterday was heavy drizzle/rain : this morning bright ☀️.  I've had the electric blanket on all night  and didn't wake cold at all.

I may hang out the sheet though it might end up wrapped round the pylons in the next field

Windy as old dads who eat beans today. Got a funeral to go to tomorrow too. Hope weather is more settled.

Funerals are better in fine weather!  Is it a 'black' occasion, any1 who turns up in dark colours 2 mine will be haunted ;-)

The clothing was a mixed affair. I like to wear black, but then that’s just what I always wear to try and minimise my fat body! It was a beautiful tribute to a lovely lady. Very emotional. I burst into tears at nothing these days, so at such an event the tissue in my pocket was much appreciated.

Sounds like a good send off!   I remember about age 11 having a black roll neck jumper which I loved, it could be matched with anything.  Grandma suggested that it was too old for me!

been awake on and off since 4 am ran pounding on patio window in bedroom......anyone mention drought after last night....

still guess it is needed in some areas.

It can take months 4 the reservoirs to refill adequately as we keeps on using the stored water  .  Acquafers should fill more quickly.

Not cold . Still breezy.  Intermittent drizzle.  No point in hanging out laundry.

I love a polo neck hides my turkey neck 😁 Weather here quite warm and sunny today. Had to massacre a crane fly tonight because the kittens were chasing it all over the lounge and kept using my face as a launch pad.

So much warmer today  so much so that I had to come back indoors!  It's going to be a calm warm evening.

I put the kitties in their tent in the garden in the shade today, they haven’t had their little ‘operations’ yet, got to wait until they weight 2 kilos apparently. They loved it. Very sunny here in Norwich today 26 degrees. Tried to play a card game in the garden with my son but I was surprised by a ladybird so had to go indoors again. They’re my phobia since I was 4, so 52 years of silly billy. It landed on my chest and my drink nearly went flying 🤨

It's creepy crawlies that make many of us shudder, going back to our cave days!  Also ladybirds can bite .......... bet the kitties would have loved it 

Dull.  Looks like it might drizzle so off to fetch in the laundry that may have dried overnight.

I also found out through my son who googled it) I daren’t incase a close up picture comes up) that they do poo and wee in one dropping but the yellow deposit they sometimes leave is a defence mechanism that releases foul tasting blood. Yeuch.
