Summer-like weather here for the rest of the week and no rain til next week.  It's nice but my body hasn't adjusted yet.

How lovely C.C. - does the change happen all at once?

After 3 weeks without rain there has been overnight drizzle.  Touching the leaves but probably not down to the roots.  Cooler.

I don't do well with sudden heat waves like this, I need a few days to acclimatize. It's supposed to be more seasonal this weekend and no humidity.

Finally sunny and warmish!  Helps (a tiny bit) with the menopause madness and long may it continue.

The last few days have been brilliant; blue sky, sunshine and warm enough to enjoy being outside all day to get some real vitamin D rather than from a bottle from Boots.  Bliss!

Warm enough.  Any hotter and I wilt  ::). .   Air is fresh at times.  Lovely to sit in the sunshine and/or shade as necessary.

Seasonal today, mix of sun and cloud and 23 degrees and a light breeze.  Thankfully I have the day off to enjoy it. :)

Grumpy sky here.  Rain is 4cast - I think it was down from the East of Scotland swerving round the Wash and into the Channel?

There are a record number of wildfires burning in the northern part of the province and Quebec. Subsequently, the residual smoke has been filtering south via northwest winds, and as a result, our air quality has been poor the entire week.  There is a haze in the distance and the sunrises and sunsets look like something out of a post-apocalyptic movie. Today it's forecasted to be the worst day of the week for polluted air.  Anyone who has respiratory issues, the elderly, and young children are being asked not to go outside.  The school boards have mandated recess periods and gym classes be moved indoors.  The winds are due to switch around for the weekend so the smoke will not be an issue.  We have had to close our windows to keep the smoke out. Thankfully it hasn't been hot so the house is comfortable without open windows.
