Was windy and a lot cooler about an hour ago, now gone very humid again and still. Can hear thunder in the distance and black clouds coming over, think this is the calm before the storm, hopefully. Got some wonderful pictiures of the cloud formations, mixed with blue sky and then the line of datrk clouds.

Clouding over here too, but the air remains very still. Getting a through-draft indoors would be nice, but no such luck.

Hot, hot,hot..34 degrees with a 41 humidex.  There have been storm clouds in the distance all day. It's raining somewhere  ::)

Yep C.C. - raining somewhere in the UK - mayB!

I think that the air is less like being blown from a desert.  At least I can get on with chores .........  Sky is dull.

up to 24C in our car earlier and warmer weather 4cast
dry - 20 miles away terrific rain storms which missed my holding barrels  >:(

Someone despite all the warnings, has lit a BBQ  >:(  :-X disgusting - at least I'll know who to sue if there is a fire caused!

Fires caused on Tuesday in Derbyshire by a gas small 1-ringed cooker thingy which was left  >:(

The way to make it rain here will be to hang out a freshly laundered sheet !  :-\. Sky has been grumpy for days, air remains warm, wind is blustery.  My holding barrels are empty  >:(

The heat finally broke here too. Last night we had a bit of a t-storm and heavy rain go through (pup slept through it) and so this morning the lawn and garden have been watered and we can finally open the windows. It's a lovely 19, no humidity degrees.
