Horrid - Raining with gale force winds.
There's a brief respite on Wednesday but it all starts again on Thursday  :-\
Really fed up with it now.
But having said that, at least we've not been flooded so things could be worse.

Very mild - not at all seasonal.  OH has been out this morning in a T-shirt.  We're only having the heating on for a few hours in the evening.

Weather is adding to the fact that I'm not feeling at all Christmassy - and not looking forward to getting hot n sweaty stuck in the kitchen for hours on Christmas Day, windows open.

Oh to be in a snowy winterland country - as depicted on Christmas cards.

Apparently last night was the warmest Dec night on record  :o and we saw 3 daffs in full flower this morning  :o …….  :o

Sun shone as we drove to Bedfordshire ……… for a change the weather has been calm

My daffs still underground, but trees are showing signs of new buds. In fact some trees still haven't shed all their leaves. Guess one good thing is energy savings.

Heavy rain
No wind today

However: having watched the news and looked on the net about the rescue efforts by the Service Personnel and RNLI around York, Whalley, Leeds …….. and noting that on one Press photo of Whalley it states "Planning Permission Granted for 75 Homes" …………  :bang:

It will take months for these properties to be sorted  :'(
