Dear Taz it is 25.5 C here is sunny Arizona. Had to wear shorts today. Would you like to come for a visit?
Russ and I have SAD, seasonable affective disorder, and get depressed in gloomy weather. We are smiling😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Onward and upward Honeybun
Keep it up Limpy. We'll get her straightened out.

Sunshine, warmth, who needs it? ME!
However, Taz it's probably not been cold enough of late for you & no sign of a white Christmas either. In fact looks like heavy rain for the big day, up here at least. A wee trip to Iceland maybe is on the cards Taz.

Ha ha - I have always wanted to stay in the Ice Hotel!! However, it is not the cold but the length of day which I love, that, and the way you can see the shape of the trees without their leaves on and how everything seems to be just waiting somehow - sort of suspended.
Trey I have reverse SAD but from what I have read this is always linked into depression but I disagree!!

Ladies, I think we need to take up a collection to purchase a truckload of snow for Taz for Christmas. It's the least we can do for someone who clearly has issues with leafless trees and short days.
As to the rest of you ladies, I just heard on the TV that we had a record warmth today, warmest since 1939 and you are all welcome at my home to soak up the rays.

Oh pooh, weather to change from warm and sunny to cold and rainy. Taz has no doubt sent a weather curse to Tucson, Arizona.

Bet it's still warmer than here though Trey. Wind chill would cut you in half today!

No - I would never send a weather curse to you Trey - I like to think of you basking in the warmth of the sun while I bask in the warmth of the pub fire.....

How's weather on west coast? It's very wild in the East. I've wedged wheelie bins at back of house. Huge tree across the road from us - hope it stays upright. Hard to tell if it would hit us if it came down, but it would sure do a lot of damage on the way.

We have a power cut at the moment. It went off at 6 fortunately the dinner was almost cooked so we had a meal of sorts. Everyone grumpy and snapping at each other. Its a fallen tree according to Scottish Power. Hope it comes on very soon or I may be very tempted to hit hubby very very hard

I was on my phone CLKD. After a few false starts the power is now back on.
The wind is getting very strong again. Think it's going to be worse a bit further north than us but I am very glad we have power and heat.
Wouldn't be surprised if it went off again. Every time it comes on our burglar alarm goes off. Oh what fun
