Limpey - we're further south than you, between Newcastle Emlyn and Llandysul but we're very high up so tend to catch the winds. Know what you mean about Wales not getting a mention - quite often the case on the news and on the weather I've noticed!

Still wet and blustery today but not as bad as yesterday.

I had washing out for a while, then realised pegs were pinging everywhere. So it ended up in dryer.

As we drove further South the weather deteriorated  :-\ ………not cold but blowing hard and drizzling, rain expected for 3 days  :sigh:

Cubagirl Know what you mean.
I had thought, from several forecasts, it would be dry, knew about the wind but thought it would be good for drying - wrong !
Said wind wrapped washing tightly around line, then after 45 mins it started p----ng down, again.

Good news is that it was okish to put in the utility room

It got very windy around lunchtime and rained very hard for a while. Dry now and the wind has dropped.

It's just this constant grey that gets me down.

Catdude - we are a bit further north than you.  One thing about being higher up (altitude), we get the views, but we also do tend to catch the wind. Again, nobody mentioned Wales in the weather forecasts!

OH went up on the roof today, before the wind got up to try and fix slates up again. He did this very efficiently. No way I could even think of doing it, however the wind and the rain has got up again

I have a great BBC weather app for my kindle. It's very accurate so I hardly watch the weather on the TV anymore. We kind of get neglected as well. Two secs on Scotland then back to the main weather.

Less windy now, but really chilly.

HB didn't you know weather doesn't exist up here  ;D

Beeb weather app is pretty accurate, compared to most.

With the Beeb think it depends on which forecast you use.
TV, Radio Internet.
The Beeb TV are usually OK, but we tend to use internet, where they haven't been so reliable for us.

Having seen comments, will look at BBC app for smartphone

What a difference 12 hours makes  :o the weather turned icey over-night and the wind is getting up again!  Drizzling intermittently but we haven't been caught in the rain.
