My darling daughter told me today that I looked like two different people. White legs and very brown top half. She said I gave new meaning to the expression mixed race.

This is coming from the girl who bucks the trend and is interestingly pale.

Time for the fake tan on my legs. I don't often get my legs out.

honeybun that also sounds like me, brown and white, have you ever tried the fake tan ? i tried a few (white legs ) but got in a right mess all orange and blotchy and the smell

I quite like the Dove one. It builds up quite gradually and smells nice. It does not make mess of my sheets either which is a bonus.

getting back to the weather, disappointed today as its been dull all day and temperature has dropped here in the midlands but they are saying it will be hot again by friday

at least it will be more comfortable through the night.

Glorious sunshine here not a cloud in the sky looks like its going to be hot with low humidity

I woke up this morning with no swollen fingers or ankles and no aching (well improved anyway) it was cooler last night for sleeping

Only 14C here and it's been a dull morning ..... however the sun has finally come out at lunchtime so hopefully it might warm up some more.
