Well done girls you are all doing so well.
It is over 3 years now since I started this thread & I'm so glad I did. It just proves that this old gal who started smoking Consulate at the age of 14, gave up for a couple of years in her 30's, took it up again, watched her bro go through throat cancer, got a polyp on her vocal chords in 2010 which scared the s**t out of her BUT was the final straw to make her give the weed up once & for all.

I am now at last getting the weight issue sorted out, I have managed to lose a stone in 3 months & am feeling so much better for it.

Take one step at a time - giving up smoking is a big change & a huge step, but it will be the most positive step you will take.

That's brilliant Cazikins, glad you've kept it up.  And well done with the weight as well, I'm still struggling with mine a bit but not worrying too much at the moment.  I've got another two weeks (well a week and a half now) before going back to the nurse and being signed off.
