Dr Louann Brizendine - The Upgrade

I have started reading Dr Louann Brizendine's book: "The Upgrade: How the Female Brain Gets Stronger and Better in Midlife and Beyond".
I strongly recommend it. It's very interesting and very motivational. It's all there.

Lol yes, but it all happens after the fog, after what she calls the transition. Everything about hormones and what's happening to us is very well explained. Just wish I'd read it years ago.
