Hi
Has anyone ever used patches from different brands. I’m on evorel sequi and I know femseven conti is available again but femseven sequi is not yet. So I’m wondering if I got some I could substitute the evorel conti patches with the femseven conti patches to avoid the norethisterone. 🤞

Hi Harebell, as I think there is less Levonorgestrel in FemSeven Conti patches (7mcg/24hrs) than in the Sequi version (10mcg/24hrs), if you were to try combining the FemSeven Conti patches in weeks 3-4 with a 50mcg oestradiol only patch in weeks 1-2, as a substitute for FemSeven Sequi (I think this is what you're asking?) there may not be enough progesterone in the conti patches to oppose the total amount of oestrogen you would be getting per cycle & keep your uterine lining within safe limits.  Reports suggest FemSeven Sequi is due back on the market in mid-2021, so hopefully not too much longer to wait.
