Hi,

I've increased my patch from 75 to 100 3 weeks ago and this past week have felt like i had more energy than in a long time.  However, today I seem to be feeling that tingly/head rush feeling as though I'm going to get a hot flush, but nothing. 

Is it normal to still feel that 'feeling' you get before a hot flush?

I think it probably is.  Your hormones don't go away so if they are having a party you may notice a difference, also, it may be the extra dose.  MayB cut it back to alternate days 2 C if there's a difference?

Yes, I don't get hot flushes anymore after a couple of years on HRT, but I do still get that strange tingly feeling just before a hot flush....it's weird and I have no explanation for it, I just ignore it!
