I spilled a vase of stale water and a glass of coke earlier - always surprises me how far a spill travels over a work surface  >:( and it took ages to mop up  :-\ - I am not aware how I caught the two articles either  :(

The last silly thing I did was a couple off weeks ago, I live in Australia and with the big Westfield shopping centres you have to pay for parking (first 3 hours are free). So when you drive into the car park you have to get a ticket before you can enter.

As I was leaving the shopping centre it's the same thing insert ticket into machine for the boom gate to open. For some reason instead off inserting my ticket I press the red button (maybe I thought I was entering, where you press the button to get your ticket). I think the red button was a help button? As soon as I press it I realise I did the wrong thing. So now I'm talking to the machine, I actually apologise to the machine and explain to the machine that I'm menopausal and don't know what I'm doing  ;D

Why was I having a conversation with a machine and apologise to it. But then again I do talk to myself all the time, even in the supermarket, I will have a complete conversation with myself  ::)

I've had a go today  ;D

The paper bill for Mum's deliveries arrived this morning so prior to our walk I wrote the cheque.  Put it into an envelope with a 'thank you' note to the shop - DH has Power of Att but I forget to get him to sign it !  So I rang the shop to explain and will put another cheque into the post tomorrow.  She was very sweet about it ..........  ::)
