U could include rugby and football players too ........... another thread if you want ?  Horse racing went into lockdown internally with jockeys wearing masks even to race which must have been difficult.

Joe Public will do fine.  We need entertainment ............

We meet friends outside at a distance.   Wearing masks.

I hate the programme, but what annoys me is people can't see family while a bunch of B list celebrities pass the virus around dancing.  >:(

Seems totally daft to me.

We'll have to agree to disagree there  ;D I really enjoy it and I am disappointed to see Nicola and Katya go out in this way. It is something to cheer me up on these lockdown evenings in and they have been separated and in bubbles.

I just think it's wrong when there is so much Joe Public can't do.
So we need events to keep us entertained when we are stuck at home and stop this winter from being utterly dull and dreary.

Yep.   Hopefully Vicky Gill won't test +iv, that will put the cat amongst the feathers, literally  ::)

Who's going on Sunday then Katejo? I really thought it would be Katya and Nicola .......... hopefully not JJ  or Bill.  :-*

I can see one daughter and her hubby and baby but I can't see the other and my grandsons as you're only allowed in one bubble. Too many of us by about two to all meet for Christmas, let alone other extended family. Can take or leave Strictly but looking forward to Celebrity get me out of here. ;)
I may be staying at home on my own for the 1st time. There are too many of us to meet up (Dad, brother with wife and two kids, my other brother and myself).

Oh Katejo - how do you feel?  It's the chance to slum it in jimjams and have what you want on the TV ;-)

I suppose the TV will be out soon for C.mas/New Year  ;)

Katejo are you too far away to do relays? I think we might do something like that for immediate family. We normally have my ex mother in law and ex husband and his wife round to my daughters in the afternoon but that's 11!
Yes because my younger brother and Dad live on the other side of London.  I don't drive and there is no public transport on Christmas Day. My other brother lives in Leeds. What happens depends on whether the lockdown is eased at all in December. I like the idea of Christmas in my own home but my house is far too small to fit them all in with social distancing!

I think a lot of families will ignore number restrictions at Christmas. Can't say I'd blame them.

I hope you don’t play board games Teresa, not allowed.
No hugging
No singing
No dancing
Take your own cutlery and towel.
No helping with the cooking.
No buffet

Can’t wait for the big day  ;D
