Just been for my smear test.  Talked to the nurse beforehand about vaginal dryness and at her suggestion messaged the duty doctor to see if she could prescribe estrogen cream, and the doctor agreed!  Trial for one month and if suits ring for it to be added as a repeat. Such a relief!

Smear was painful but bearable, hope I only have to have one more in 5 years.
