I hoped it would cheer a few members up a bit Ju Ju - there seems to be a lot of bad & sad news in the world these days.

Thanks everyone for your  . It's going to be nice to have a few extra pennies coming in to the household. I have hated not being able to contribute to the bills like I use to. Hubby has been a brick & has never judged me bless him.

Hope you all have a peaceful Sunday...... I'm off to the pub soon to meet up with a few friends for a belated birthday celebration so will probably be a bit squiffy later  well it's not every day you get offered a job on your 60th is it?

Well done!  Isn't it great that we aren't considered past it in our 50s/60s anymore?  I know when I was in my twenties I regarded anyone over 45 as old - now I know lots of younger people and honestly don't think they give my age a thought.

Hope you enjoy the job - it's great to feel you're contributing.

Great news Cazikins, well done.
My news is I did leave but have come back as this forum is my life line to the menopause.
Nobody my age is going through it and don't no many people where I live to talk about it and get help.
I was that low on the femeston last week I had to stop so for the moment I'm but on premique (I have 5 months supply) so will be needing advice but for the moment I just need some stability xx
