Hi,  I'm not sure, CLKD, although I didn't have much to drink this morning & that gives me a headache!   :o  I have felt a bit strange all afternoon - ended up going & having a lie down then I put a couple of replies on threads whilst sitting up on my bed.  Seem to feel extremely tired - maybe it's just the PMS again.  I am waiting to see if my period starts within the next couple of days as that would explain the symptoms.  Just want to get it over & done with!  Xx

Crashing fatigue can be powerful!  Hopefully the bleed ail release those feelings.

Thanks, CLKD - nothing happening yet.  No more headaches but feeling very 'foggy' headed today & was jittery whilst driving a short time ago.  Mind you, I wou!d rather my period didn't start tomorrow morning when I am at work as I will be sitting/standing in the same place for at least three hours before tea break (have managed to get away with not having to request a toilet break - yet!!)    :o X
