Off to bed soon. I keep dropping off. Probably because I was up at 5:30 with my daughter who was going out to work.

Oh goodness, have you tried 5 htp - it gets good reviews if you look on Amazon but not sure if it works for hormone related sleep issues

Well done to both of you!
I had to get up in the night for the loo - I never have to do that apart from when I'm sickening for something. Most unnerving!!

I'm usually up a couple of times in the night to go to the loo, don't know what I did differently last night

Hmm I got the cold last Friday and it's now changed to the cough and sore throat. Sort of back to front really I reckon. I usually get a sore throat first! Never mind - nothing that a glass of wine in the pub wont cure! Nearly time to go out.

Cheers, and enjoy....in my world a glass of wine solves most problems
Just a pity I can't have it on my cornflakes
