.. although it's not recommended to do any screen activities if you can't sleep due to the "blue-light" effect.
When I read "I was pumped" I wondered what exactly had kept you awake!!!

Nope. Slept through from 11.30 until 8.50 not even a toilet break - one night I won't wake but my bladder will insist

Getting over 2 weeks of broken nights due to the Germ ………. I have my bath between 9.00-10.00 p.m., read, drop off about 11.40 ……… that's 2 nights I've slept through. Last night I thought I would lay awake for ages ………

I don't want to tempt fate but I have been sleeping very well lately. Still waking but only once and managing to go back off again. It makes so much difference to how you feel when you have slept well

I really don't know. My everlasting period has finished, maybe that is something to do with it

I seem to go through cycles.
For weeks I sleep well. Then I start...I get to sleep but keep wakening up. Then it takes me hours to get to sleep. I seem to have a sleep window....and if I can't sleep in that window then I know I'm in for a bad night.
Trouble is I don't do anything any different so I really don't know what causes the changes.
If I did then that would be a huge step forward.
