Tai chicken curry with sticky rice for me and salmon in sweet chilli sauce with broccoli and cauliflower for the boss xx

I usually use jasmine rice with thai curries.  Massaman is nice - chicken or beef with carrots, potatoes and onions, would you believe ;D

We had Normandy pork casserole.  Interesting.

It was really tasty Lanzalover. Spicy coated Salmon, rice and peas.
He loves cooking and I don't- a perfect combination  :D

Drinks and Tapas sound lovely  :)

I'm having a day off cooking I'm not eating out as it's too busy everywhere so I'll prep and the boss will cook and serve xx

One of my gifts was a voucher for lunch but I knew it would be heaving today,mother's day,so opted for dinner at home and lunch out tomorrow when it's quieter.
The boss did a grand job of dinner,(after I'd prepped it so it was idiot proof 😂) so I had a lovely lazy day yet again,I could get so used to this.😂😂

Simple is as simple does - so satisfying.  A good kitchen smell and a nice meal.
