It wasn't so much what I cooked last night but what I ate yesterday! Does the progesterone phase of sequi have this effect on anyone else? Usually I am a two healthy meals a day girl. But yesterday - late breakfast bacon sandwich because I was ravenous, followed by a full on Sunday dinner about 5 hours later (still ravenous) followed by FOUR bars of chocolate, followed by toast and jam at 11pm. Disaster!! I don't know what went on but I hope it doesn't happen every month !
Not cooking tonight, going on a road trip and eating out. In Salisbury of all places ...
