Hi, I agree low hormones can make you feel flat and dreadful!! However anxiety hormones i.e, adrenalin and cortisol do mess with your estrogen levels, so.Birdy is right. I do mindfulness and relaxation to help with this. Try a befriending support if there is one , ask your gp for a referral. The Samaritans are always there to support you, I have used them a few times!
