That song is beautiful! I liked it so much I looked up about the band "Will and the People" and found that one of the guys is the son of a founder member of  Mott the Hoople - Mick Ralphs (anyone around my age will remember this band from the early 70's!) so they are of rock provenance!

I'm always interested to hear new songs, new bands, new music that I haven't heard of..

For anyone out there who is feeling down or that life as you know it is over now you are menopausal (or post-meno and mourning your lost self!) this is from Hudson Taylor - one of my youngest son's favourite bands. They're from Ireland, very young, and write and sing powerful songs.

Just catching up with this thread - great to hear new songs, new music - even if it's not always my favourite!

I love the old Carole King numbers, saw Emily Barker at Larmer Tree fest a couple of years ago and she and band were brilliant. I see Frank Turner is playing there this year.... Bastille are another of my youngest son's favourite bands - he's seen them three times - twice last year - but somehow I've never heard any until now - love "Flaws". There is so much good music about!
