Stumpy - I love Journey "Don't stop Believing".  Makes me sing my heart out when it is on 

When I am feeling a little low I always put on Heaven 17 - it really gets me singing - when I was younger (much much younger 17, 18 - oh the days  ) I used to exercise to these in my bedroom - I felt great afterwards! 

My hubby does not like them and always comes in the room and turns them down - but he does not get away with it for long as I soon turn up the volume
