Hi again emjane72
I'm so glad they figured you out and it does seem quick!
Last week I also started having a teeny bit of post meno bleeding... in the past it just went away before I even got to have the biopsy done, and biopsies came back as benign, but the internal sono and external ut showed thick lining.
My dr wants me now to have a hysterscopy (she explained it as a telescope that goes into the uterus) and yes- I will be KNOCKED OUT for this! I'm wondering if you were able to skip this step and they just sent you for the Mirena coil? Have you ever had a coil before? It is not as common here among women in menopause.
Things here sadly, seem to go a lot slower... women's healthcare in my (and my friends and family) experience is just not so great.
Thank you so much if you have time for a reply! If not, no worries.
