DH asked me years ago what I was thinking about that made me depressed, my brain was racing so fast that I was unable to tie it down!
I have found that sometimes relaxation from toes to the neck will help. Stretch the toes gently and hold; relax. Work up through all the muscles groups without getting cramp, I rarely get further up than my thighs
