You said - they advised to go to 4 pumps, it’s been two weeks and I’m just getting worse, night sweats, insomnia terrible anxiety

Just a thought, this could mean your oestrogen is too high? I’m peri and when my oestrogen spikes too high I get these symptoms.

Intrigued,  I’m thinking this is the case! I wish I’d been advised to start gel at two pumps instead of three!

It’s worth a go. I honestly think going lower could help. For me I’ve found out through trial and error that I do best with continuous progesterone and less oestrogen than I first thought I needed. Everyone is different though…

And in peri you still get surges of oestrogen.
