I think if you add some oestrogen, even just for a couple of days, it won’t stay in your system long so maybe just pop some on and see?

Yesterday was so bad, that yes, I've nothing to lose.

I'll start tiny dose E. If I flare even worse - I'll just quit all hormones.

Wow.

I took approx 1/8 of an oestrogel pump last night - so much bloating overnight. Calming now. But boy - I am sooo fatigued and knocked out.

I've checked back and I was totally out of it the first day on 12.5mcg combined patch a few months ago.

That's crazy.

I think I'll just stick to the 1 1/2 Cerazette just now. I feel so ill since upping it. So need to let that all calm. If it sends me too deep into supression - I'll just have to reduce again.

I dont think there are any answers for me. I'm just so incredibly sensitive.

DM - u were like this. Did u have awful mood swings too??? They've been horrific lately. Did it all calm post meno? Xx
