I mean I've bought the Yes intimate wash to try. I had an itchy night. It woke me and I had to apply estriol cream again. I tried vivify intimate balm but I think it's too sticky. Once I wake with itching like that, I start itching everywhere else and it keeps me awake

Have you tried Dermovate, it's prescription only but I'm thinking maybe it's a skin thing. Have you any white or grey shiny patches or anything that looks sore. Lichen Sclerosis is a constant itching especially at night and also around the anus. It's often mistaken for VA and vice versa but you can have both

I'm not sure if you were replying to me, but I haven't got LS. My GPs have checked a number of times. I think it's lack of estrogen. I do have some steroid cream though but try not to use it. The estriol cream settled it.

Yes Dermovate is steriod cream, you can use both the estriol cream and the steriod cream. Use about a hour apart to allow one to absorb before the other. I usually put the steroid cream on first.

That's what I have. I only use it if it's a bad flare up, only ever twice I think. It's strong stuff, usually my Yes moisturizer or some organic castor oil calms things down
