Could I be a boiler on a timer?
« on: Today at 12:04:16 AM »

Just to lighten the mood but seriously I just had something happen that felt it was on a timer in my chest.

I've had it before, it's like a feeling of energy rising, or a candle glowing.  Also a bit like palpitations at times and adrenalin.

I don't get it often but when I do I often get my period the next day, though not always.

But what's amused me is it's stopped.  After all that fuss in my chest it's like the timer has clicked off  ;D  (I've had all the heart checks and all fine)

Anyone know this feeling?  I don't get hot flushes and wasn't hot during this, just a feeling of energy rising up through me.
