Emma l ned help help real help.....I've sent you a private message. About slynd.
I've still got the bad anger .....we decided cos I'd cut the tablet up Friday and Monday....to use Tuesday as a fresh day 1 .
So last night at 4.45 was pill .no4.
What do I do?
Has it stopped working tge sly d i mean i getting scared of all my presentation ......I had allthis well before slynd cos we didn't know yasmin stopped working.....so in yours or anyone's opinion on here .....it's not the slynd making me all angry.....it gets bad .....shouting the lot ....then crying....I justcwabt to know have I done something that has made it not suppress my ovaries please reply in desperate xxxxx
Can I ask ....is it known that it gets worse before better on slynd or any progesterone tablet ? because the anger see.s worse than it was becore it? But then on my 4th day it went and like i said i then wdnt and messedd it up by cutting the pills up twuce to see if it woukd simmer the fatigue I just can't stop crying.

Please I need reassurance .......is it going to take longer now fir this anger etc to go cos I believe the anger hs fluctuations....be ause I had this was weeks befire slynd......but be ause I cut the tablets down on 2 days ....will it take a bit longer now I nedd reassurance desperately I feel terriblely angry upset down, anxious and very low mood  please ice hot it lodge in my mind that it's now not working .....please Emma or anybody help me im sat here in tears xxxx
Emma sorry to add the anger here is terrible ....hhe gutting thing js that the first 4 days I tried slynd on the 4th day yhe anger went, then I messed about separate days of  uti g up the 4.g to 3.g now im so ashamed and blaming myself...shouting at partner crying ....got it lodgdthat slynd eo t work for me.....I know you sent me a plan .....but please im in a ad way very very down in the puts.....despair. I feeling I've rind the pill working to suppress.
Please would you reply Emma my partner hs worrying too saying 'well u shouldn't have vut them up but we dod say that we'd class Tuesday as day 1"
Im so desperate for reassurance that this slynd will suppress abd there's nothing that woukd stop it working is there???

Glad to see that you are now writing “we” & that your partner is with you with this.

Did the Yasmin stop working around the time that your ex partner passed away ?

Just wondering if his passing was a trigger for something more rather than just the Yasmin itself.

Most seem to be advising you to stick to a certain level with the Slynd and give it time to work.

Vicky, I already responded to your private message, but I’m respoding here too. I think it’s much too short to throw in the towel on Slynd. It is clear you really need your cycle to be suppressed as you are suffering greatly from fluctuations. 4 days isn’t long enough for that. And because Yasmin worked well for a while, you know the progestin in Slynd, which is the same, works for you.

I know you worry about Slynd not suppressing you. However, it is a pretty strong progestin and it suppresses most people just fine. And even if it doesn’t suppress you fully, if you still feel mild fluctuations after a few months, switching to something else at that point will be much better (I’m doing that right now and only have physical side effects from my new progestin, none of the dreaded hormonal fluctuations)

Yes. Stick with slynd. As I said to you earlier this week, cerazette is not suprssing me.

If I could take slynd, I would. But I can't tolerate much at all. Cetazette i tolerate, but it seems to be doing nothing for my fluctuations. Slynd is stronger.

Please try and keep going...

I find the first 6-8 weeks very hard. Side affects.

It's a long time. But it hopefully will settle.
