No. It's an app that helps you retrain your brain to stop feeling pain.

I just checked it out and it's for chronic pain relief.

Only gets 4.1 for reviews but maybe worth a go.  To be honest I have come to realise that my on off pains are linked to anxiety.  Probably not for me then.
