:welcomemm:  R U able to share which health concern caused the stopping of an HRT regime?

Sometimes GPs are over zealous!  Which regime were you prescribed and 4 how long had you used it and did it help ease any symptoms?

My guts have been troublesome from an early age. For many years: mid 30s/40s/ 10 mins Prior to a bleed I would have to dash, no arguments; even if a period wasn't due.  It would arrive!

Hormones and stress can certainly about guts/bowels.  As can a change of diet: I've had to alter mine in the last 4/5 years to cut out hidden sugars and fats i.e. scones, croissants etc..  >:( [but not chocolate ;-) ]
